Noteey Just Got Tasks — Here’s What You Need to Know
If you’ve been waiting for a solid task management feature inside Noteey, the wait is over. Version 1.56.0 just dropped tasks, and it’s surprisingly capable for a first release.
Here’s the quick rundown of what’s included:
Subtasks that can be converted into standalone tasks
Custom labels can be added similar to tags.
Multiple views — list, kanban-style, and custom filtered views
Bulk actions for managing multiple tasks at once
Import/export for backup and restore
First impressions? It’s a solid foundation. The quick-add bar up top is clean, the kanban view is intuitive, and custom views with filters add real flexibility.
That said, there are a few rough edges. The biggest head-scratcher: you can’t use your existing Tag database inside tasks. In an app with so much continuity between notes, boards, highlights and so, this feels like a missed opportunity — and hopefully something the team addresses soon.
Overall though, Noteey users are going to love this.
